I would like to acknowledge the fantastic service we received from Edith and Phillip at FeraCare. My wife and I braved the 20+ kilometres of sand road to get to the facility. Not knowing what to expect, they exceeded our wildest expectations. Edith was a fantastic host, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the animals. Phillip was brave and attended to the animals with extreme caution and care. The facility and the animals were fantastic. I was able to stroke Nova the cheetah. The highlight was accessing the pen housing the wild cheetahs and the wild dogs. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I will be back with more people in tow.

More than just Cheetah, Wild Dogs, Jackel , Porcupines Fox, Owls, aimed at conservation and protection well worth calling in but be aware of the 25 km gravel road to the gate

I volunteered here and learned alot about the process and what one woman's original dedication to cheetahs and wild animals could do to educate people and help animals survive. The staff was friendly, the accomodations were nice and the experience was well worth it. If you are looking to find a way to get in touch with nature and animals go here.

Arrived at 11:00 with young family and parked outside reception. A worker with a unsafe vehicle asked me to go with him to the site and leave my family behind, I refused and advised that I would follow. He refused thus I left obviously concerned about my family safety. If this is a proper tourist facility then management needs to improve the security and service offering. I do not recommend this facility.

Many years back I often spent weekends at this farm, in total awe of the beautiful setting, the animals, the accommodation and the people running this precious initiative. Things seem to have changed but it's still a good experience and worth visiting the "what to me has become a rehab centre." Management did not score any brownie points from me, but I guess her heart is in the right place - it's about animals, not people. Would not recommend staying over.

Wonderful experience !!!
We booked the vehicle for a game drive as friends. Staff were friendly and provided a lot of interesting information during the ride. Even the 11 year olds listened attentively during the 2 hour ride.
The animals are very well cared for !!!

Worth visiting the Cheetah Ranch for a lifetime experience. Interacting with cheetahs, see the cheetah run for their food and learn about their lifestyle. Educational show for both adults and children.

What an experience it was, the cheetah run was very fascinating and so was the tour. The guide was very informed and could answer every question asked. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also amazing to see how much the sanctuary has done to ensure the existence of the cheetahs.
