I was provided with accommodation in the reserve while attending a conference nearby. On our arrival we were greeted by a plethora of sociable mongoose ,who are delightful little creatures and fairly tame too.there were also warthogs and Nyala, which are also daily tame and...More

Just spent a lovely week in unit 24. Very clean and comfortable. Parking just not great especially for a big vehicle. Thank you to Jason and Frans for great game drives and sharing your wealth of knowledge.
Had a week's stay 3-10 August 2018 in Phiri camp no 98, and would definitely go back! House was clean, view over the dam and all that's needed in the house and kitchen. The game drives are affordable and very informative. We were fortunate to...More

We were there again in December 2016 and we did not have any problems with safety. The chalets have been upgraded and are in excellent condition. They are cleaned properly everyday. The veranda(stoep) have been enclosed so that the warthogs cannot get on the veranda. (No one can control the monkeys though) If people will stop feeding the animals then 90% of the problems will disappear. Please never forget that it is a game reserve and the animals are wild. Follow the rules and you will be safe. We had a wonderful stay and just about every afternoon we had a Kudu ewe come and eat from the tree directly against the veranda. Birds are plentiful. I hope this satisfies your request.
