The hanging bridge Dachstein is accessible via cable car. There was a huge queuing at the ticket counters, so it is advisable to make a reservation before you go there. One doesn’t need any special equipment(shoes, poles etc.). The bridge is usually very crowded because...More

Highly recommend you reserve a place on the cable car online the day before to avoid queuing! Amazing great views everywhere you look, cafe at the top served a lovely goulash soup. If you are lucky with the weather you might be able to travel...More

View is really great but you have to dare to step on the glass floor ;-) A lot of people, so queuing was necessary but worth it.

Its a trip to remember, being so high up in the clouds walking on the suspension bridge at almost 3000mt! The kids also enjoyed their first taste of snow, since its a glacier they could actually touch the snow and walk on it. The only...More

The bridge gives a great view across the valley and down the mountain (you're about 2,700 metres up at this point). It's worth noting that you need to cross the bridge to get to the EisPalast (Ice Palace) - we couldn't see that there was...More

Thrilling and exiting experience at 2700m above sea level; several adventures in one location; the gondola is tad expensive - adult €38 - however a) great money was spent on infrastructure b) one does not do it every day ... Great feast for all your...More

If you’re up on the glacier this is a must. It offers spectacular views across the valley and vertically beneath you should you care to look. A great place for some memorable photos.
