This the oldest continually operate woollen mill in the world. Small but beautifully formed and smart as has had benefit of Lottery funding. Well worth searching for in lovely countryside. Good scones.

Worth combining with a visit to one of the nearby whisky distilleries eg Cardhu or Aberlour. It is an interesting review of the history of wool milling weaving and industrial knitting.

I wasn't keen on visiting this place but did so to appease my fellow travelers. I must say that the place was very beautiful and a great place to relax. It doesn't however, serve alcohol, which was a little disappointing on a very warm day!!
