A beautiful long sandy beach between Tynemouth and Cullercoats perfect for families, surfers, dog walkers and runners alike. There are decent cafes and restaurants at either end.

If this beach was anywhere other than England it would be hailed for it's cleanliness and beauty. This North Sea coastline has loads to offer and the current glorious weather was a great help.

A massive surprise to this Southerner. A long curving sandy surf beach, with life guards and RNLI, half an hour from Newcastle city centre by the metro. A hidden secret.

Beautiful area. Golden sands and easy walks. As much of as little as you want to do. Good Homebase for day trips

What a great beach, a must see if in the area. Great for a romantic walk or a dip in the sea. Two places to eat and drink too 👍🏼
