We visited with our dogs today. Was really quiet which made it feel really eerie. Very small wood so was a quick walk. It’s an ok place but wouldn’t rush back. Visit and make your own mind up

These woods are great for walking our dog, he loves to run around picking up lots of different scents. There is always something different to see each time we visit, and we take lovely photographs. On a clear day, you can see all the way...More

A lovely place to walk the day away. Great for walking the dog, or out for a family stroll. We visit this place most weekends, we are so lucky to have it on our doorstep.

a really beautiful place to visit especially when the blue bells are out - the wood seems to be maintained pretty good. Good off road parking. no dog poo bins though which seems a shame as most people leave it behind!

Lovely woods and only 5 minutes drive from where I live. Off road parking. Popular with dog walkers but not very well known so always very peaceful with benches scattered around to enjoy the views or rest up. I particularly like this time of the...More

My husband and I often visit these woods for a afternoon/early evening stroll but particularly this time of the year when the bluebells are in full bloom. Free parking just outside the woods - we have never found it busy, mainly dog walkers. There are...More
