Restored a few years ago this is the best looking sinagog in the country. The inside decorations and ornaments are real pieces of art.

Interesting site to visit, rebuilt after all the city's synagogues were burnt. In a quiet part of town, well-guarded entrance.

The Grand Synagogue of Edirne is the third largest synagogue in Europe. The restoration of the synagogue started in 2015 and after the completion it was opened as a museum in 2015.

This place was open on 2016. Restoration is succesfull and it is possible to visit free of charge. There is 3 security in enterence of place this is little bit iritates but it is ok.

Seemed more like a museum than a working synagogue. Given recent politics, I guess I can see why. Nonetheless well worth a visit.
