We felt very welcome in this museum. The movie on the violent history of Coevorden is super. It uses a relief replica of the city as projecting screen. The language of the twelve minute movie can be set to Dutch or German, no English unfortunately....More

Newly renovated, just this building is worth a visit. Content also interesting and very clearly mapped and shown. You need about 30 to 40 minutes to get a good overview of the history of Coevorden.

If you want to know what it was like to live in Coevorden some time ago, have a look in the Museum ! It is really nice to see the old clothing, old maps and some old photograph's.
