Lovely Marina but very quiet at night. Lots of quality restaurants! Irish bar is the the one with most going on . Gin and tonics in the Blue Note Jazz bar are awesome!

This marina is located approximately two miles outside the main town of Playa Blanca. It can get very busy on Wednesdays and Saturdays due to the local market being situated in the main part of the marina. It is not very busy on the other...More

My wife and I walked here from our hotel in Playa Blanca - lovely feel, very chic and upmarket feeling. Nice sitting having a beer / coffee looking out across the fabulous vessels in the marina.

It is well worth a visit to Rubicon Marina. Sit and enjoy a coffee/beer and sandwich at one of the waterfront cafes or even back by the "pools" taking in the ambiance and people watching. There are a few good quality shops and public conveniences...More

Went on the Wednesday to go to the market help in the marina, It's held on Wednesday and Sundays and closes up around 1.30-2pm. So arrive early to avoid disappointment. Lots of local products, fashions, and some amazing gifts and crafts. Loads places to eat...More

Market on Wednesday and Saturday with good quality goods at resonable prices, many locally made. On quieter days up market shops offer some good bargains eg half price Ray Bans...lovely place to stroll around and have a coffee.

Most restaurants don’t open for dinner service until 6.30pm, we found that by 10pm it was emptying out and the taxi line was getting longer. There are also some fab restaurants very close to the h10

I have not stayed there, but if I am correct where it is located, you should be no more than 20/30 minute walk to main Playa Blanca shops. Plenty of shops in Marina area, also a supermarket if you are going self catering... More
