There are two aspects: firstly the architecture. It is impressive, different, very creative, but very close to megalomania. To understand it, one has to consider who had it built: The Antinori family, wine growers in the 26th generation. One cannot build any other way than...More

Best of the wineries in the Chianti region! Be sure to enjoy the delicious lunch offerings on the outdoor patio. Outstanding architecture! The views will stay with you for a lifetime. Excellent gift shop. The whole experience was a little pricey, but so worth it.

If you are a wine lover and the process by which this wonderful treasure is made, you can not miss a stop at Antinori-Chianti. Probably one of the most beautiful places in the world where they produce wine from 1385, I think this people know...More

We only had a car so I am not sure - best to ask the venue. There were bus tours pulling up but not sure where from. It is approximately a 30/40 minute drive ( depending which side of Florence you are)
