This very little known track is a must do. It's not too demanding but you do need to be fairly fit. It follows an ancient road which in times gone by used to be the access for the fishermen in the village below to the...More

A nice rocky beach used by the locals and not too busy. If you don't mind a walk down the hillside (and up again) it is a nice retreat and free to use. There is a cafe but little else for those wanting time away...More

La Timpa of Acireale is currently a place for those looking for some time with his/her own thoughts/meditation. Only a few locals know places to get there and what exactly to see/do there, a tourist will never find the way. Amazing views from the top.
