Visiting this vineyard with a dog and child was not your usual outing with both, however we were made extremely welcome by the staff and subsequently purchased some of their fabulous wine. Well worth the trip.

It was a real pleasure to welcome you at Château de Sales with kid and dog.
We booked online the night before and when we arrived it was a small group of us and another couple. Our guide was wonderful and provided lots of useful information about the estate, history and the wine.

In Pomerol we have no classified growth so no "Grand Cru Classé".

We went to Chateau de Sales as part of an organised tour with a tour company.
The host at Chateau de Sales was a brilliant tourguide who really took her time to make the visit feel personal and welcoming.

I really enjoyed this winery compare to the other upscale winery that I visited in Saint Emilion. The chateau is beautiful, upon passing through rows of majestic trees and getting into the Chateau entrance, we saw the grandma of the family in the front area....More
