Coming to Mars

Away from settlements, this pebbled beach is like from the other world. Accessible with the car or a boat, but still somehow hidden from the public.

Perfect white pebbly beach, you can reach by car and can also walk to the even more amazing Beriknica beach.

Nice beach, pure, as (I wish) on Mars
Jul 2019
This is a nice beach. Come early to get the spot you wanted. Around 11-ish people come with all sorts of requisites and stay the day. It gets hot because there's no shade here so take sunscreen and an umbrella to be able to survive the strong sun. The water is super nice, clean, clear, pristine, and it is well worth the trip with a car which you can leave nearby.

Amazing place to visit
Aug 2019
First of all I would like to say that this place is in Croatia, and that the name Spiaggia (in Italian means beach) is not appropriate for this place - it should be called either plaža (which in Croatian means beach) or beach in English.

Place is really worth seeing.
- crystal clear water
- not many people
- parking spot near
- beach bar with view

The water is so blue it’s unbelievable - it’s because of the contrast between rocks and water.

I advice to go to swim here. And if you want to walk a bit more, there is Beritnica beach after Ricica. Super!!! Like Ciska beach, about in front of those.

Beautiful Views

Love the area. A bit of a jaunt to get too, but worth the bus ride or drive. Remember beaches in Croatia are not the sandy California sunshine type, so take water shoes and enjoy.

Amazing views and crystal clean water in a secluded beach near Metajna
Sep 2018 • Family
Rucica beach is located in Pag island, Dalmatia. The island famous for its cheese and wine, but also for its lunar landscape: not much vegetation, white and rocky. It has tons of beaches and beyong small town of Metajna, you can find this secluded beach with crystal clear water, surrounded by the rocky hills. For snorkeling its good because of the clean water, however not to much to find here, only a few crabs and a small amount of fishes.
In September it was very calm, only a few families were on the beach, it was not crowded at all, but during the peak season it can be. If you’re here and have love for the beaches, also like adventures, take a short hiking (unfortunately no other way as no road) from here through the rocks to the close beach of Beritnica: also famous of its three huge rocks in the water.

Beautiful beach
Aug 2018 • Solo
This beach is absolutely worth a visit. The water is clean and crystal clear and the view and surrounding nature is absolutely stunning. Somewhat crowded in my eyes and the beach located 15-20 min (walking) away called Beritnica is even more beautiful. To reach Beritnica, walk on the path/canyon to the left of the beach, marked with red/white dots.. Or use Google Maps - it’s there. The walk is a little bit hard on some places, but it’s doable.
