A walk through the Valley Reserve is highly recommended. This patch of bush in the middle of suburbia is an oasis for people and local flora and fauna. Well maintained BBQ facilities are a bonus. Enjoy

Have 4 grandchildren of different ages 10 - 2. They all had equipment to play in within their capabilities. They all loved the flying fox. Highly recommend it for everyone.

Valley Reserve as always been special, as the land has never been cleared for farming or other uses. Park users can wander the tracks amid wildflowers and eucalypts, native birds and even the odd marsupial. The sounds are of bush land. It is easy to...More

Secluded oasis in suburbia - very inviting place to walk with little meandering goat trails & bridges over creek that...More

such a hidden gem. This sums up what makes Mount Waverley unique in Melbourne. Great place for a quiet bbq. We have been in the middle of summer and had the whole place to ourselves. Must be lucky. HAd some great times here.
