Plenty camping spots, play zones and trails to enjoy. While it's not a large park, it has beaches and open areas that a family would enjoy.

Enjoyed a walk from Malpeque Cove Cottages most of our ten day visit. Very scenic. So relaxing after a morning of touring a section of the Island.

It's interesting to note that this is the largest provincial beach in Western PEI. There is a large play area for day use - but what we really enjoy doing is going for walks on the beach. You can park your vehicle free of charge...More

I'm going to be honest. To ME, this was a 5-star. It has amazing sunset views. The sites are massive, private and all-around beautiful (unless you want a RV hook up then private doesn't apply but the other two do, just pull the blinds). We...More

My daughter-in-law found this beach and it was absolutely stunning...beautiful beach that went on for miles and at low tide you could find little treasures of seashells, ocean glass...my son even caught a crab with his bare hands but it tried to grab him and...More

I've never experienced such beautiful red sand before. This park has a couple of kilometers of walking that you can do around the dunes. (Beware, you're not supposed to climb the dunes, the signage was not very visible). During low tide you can walk far...More

We found this beach by accident while exploring the area and were surprised by what it had to offer. We have visited about 20 beaches in our three visits to the island and this one is the best by far in meeting our expectations of...More

We drove the Cabot trail, it was awesome. Had no idea it was so high. Temperature went down to 12c at one time. Views were spectacular. Lost of lookout points for you to stop car for pictures.

Love this campground. This was our second time staying there. Bathrooms are basic but there are two play structure areas for the kids, tons of space to kick a ball around and the beach is gorgeous. Enough to explore, we don't really feel the need...More

The beach is great, sheltered, easy access and low tides. Great for crab catching and we even spotted a lobster. The camp ground is ok, bathrooms etc fine but camps sites can be a little exposed and ours had not had rubbish cleaned out from...More

Great place to camp. Sites are pretty good size, but depending upon how much time you spend and what amenities you need. Camp by the water edge if you can. Great sunset!
