I visited Ashton Basin Museum with a group of mates. I thought it was a very interesting place about History. It is a very practical place as well. You can try out some of the displays. I would recommend it if you're interested in History.

We visited a family recently and had a very pleasant day out, it wasn't a particularly warm day but it was certainly a worthwhile trip. The lunch was a decent serving and not too expensive. All in all a good day out.
