What a great way to spend a morning. Try to remember to take something to fill with mud, it makes covering yourself easier. The water is so salty that floating is easy, there were flamingos in the water but they keep away from us. The idea is to cover yourself and then dry off after which you rinse it off. After rinsing off, pop over to the Mar Menor for another dunk, so relaxing.
