We really love the vibe in Agropoli, charming and very laid back. Lots of great points of interest not far from here. After visiting Naples and driving Almafi coast appreciate Agropoli even more.... would definitely come back to this seaside town

Great little seaside town 2 hours from Naples, great Marina with lots of Bars and restaurants.
Really comes alive in an evening with live music in the bars and lots of delicious places serving street food.

Great place to visit
Jun 2019 • Friends
I return to Agropoli at the beginning of June to visit close relations and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have beautiful memories of Agropoli and this new trip only confirmed my love for this pretty, orderly and welcoming town. Please do not hesitate to visit it if you happen to pass by it.

Called in on our way from Corfu to Rome. Interesting town with a stunning castle and safe harbour. Good vibe and welcoming place.

Lovely Agropoli
Sep 2018 • Couples
We were staying further along the coast towards Salerno, and made a day trip to visit Agropoli.

What a beautiful town!
Lovely walks along the sea, and up the hill to the older part of the town.
Well worth a visit.

Interesting place
Sep 2018 • Couples
It kind of feels like the end of the line. There is a little town and bus station here. It has some quaint places to visit from it, like the castle and the beach with a marina with lots of boats.
Kind of a lost in time place.
It is quite a drive to Agropoli but if you are going to Paestum anyway it is not much further.

Nice town for your base
Sep 2018 • Couples
We came here in September and except for Saturday nights, the town is a bit sleepy. But thats what happens when summer tourist season is over here. The town itself is very nice and the beachfront/marina very nice. Agropoli is a great town to use as a base to explore the many various beach towns near and close to here. Recommended

A perfect place for vacations
Sep 2018 • Couples
We spent 10 days of our holidays in Agropoli and it was just great. All in one: wonderful warm sea with a long sandy beach and fantastic sunsets, plenty of good restaurants nearby, mozzarella and ricotta di buffalo, great historic center with a medieval castle, several supermarkets nearby, and a romantic and relaxed atmosphere of an Italian town - all this is Agropoli. We really loved it and will be happy to come back

Lovely small town
Jul 2018 • Family
We came to Agropoli few times during our stay in Paestum. The seaside promenade is excellent, so is the castle on the hill. There are quite a few cafes and restaurants here. Back in 1445 there were 202 homes here, today over 21,000 people live here.
