We had a beautiful walk, finally leading to a mirador that looks over the jungle. So beautiful. Saw many monkeys before sunset. Also a great project to support.

The Children's Eternal Rain Forest is a great destination to get closer to the wonder of the cloud forest region of Monteverde and explore what nature has to offer there. I recommend a guided tour of the area for the most educational and enjoyable experience.

Not for the nonhiker who wants to hike. This is an experience of a lifetime. The guide brings a machete to clear vegetation growth since last traveled. Crossing at least 6 small rivers, waterfall, mud bath, and hot springs. No accommodations. Absolutely amazing!
