This is another free place to visit and well worth it as there is an abundance of interesting information about the clan. Don't miss it.

My husbands great, great grandfather was born in Newtonmore and was a MacPherson. We have always tried to visit each time we are in the area but there was just not enough time this visit. We did go past twice in the coach but there...More

Thank you for taking the time to write. It is a shame that there was not enough interest for the coach to stop, as we do welcome many coaches with no connection to the Clan. Hopefully we can welcome you again next time you visit...More

Enjoyed our visit to the museum and very interesting. It appears that the museum sadly only relies on donations to survive and we made donation. The problem with the displays explaining the history of the clan are all printed on sheets of A4 laminated paper...More

An absorbing couple of hours. This museum is a little different from may other museums I have visited. There is parking round the back, and admission is free.

We arrived at this museum a short while before it closed so didn't really get the benefit of all the information. Amazing place, however, with lots of information on the history of the clan which is very interesting.

Popped in here as I was staying in BB just opposite, it was so interesting with lots to see. You get a short video when you first go in which was good. Well worth a visit

I'm sorry, but we are unable to help. The museum giftshop no longer stocks this item. It was a novelty souvenir and not a detailed map.
