After 10 years of going there with my family and after many years of "experience" of the staff who work there..... I must say that there is a complete lack of communication between the reception staff and the staff working on the beach.... Today, after having booked 2 umbrellas and 2 sunbeds, they told us to wait for the arrival of the beach staff in the designated area, but unfortunately after a while I realized that they were serving the customers who had cleverly already reached the beach and had booked waaay after us....... I pointed out the matter to the guy in charge of the umbrellas and I was criticized, closing the discussion by telling myself "that's how it works there and I have to make it work for me"... ...

Non capiamo l'accanimento nelle ripetute recensioni da una stella....sorvolando, come ben detto, per averci scelto per 10 lunghi anni ci sarà sicuramente un motivo e Con un singolo episodio di equivoco non crediamo di meritare tutto questo rancone. Sono giornate caotiche come ben sapete, e per tutto il personale molto stancanti, e posso succedere situazioni di caos, i furbetti possono sempre esserci e dispiace che siano capitati proprio avanti a voi. Ci siamo scusati per cio che è successo. le scuse son state fatte e nonostante vi abbiamo lasciato con la certezza di avere avuto la vostra comprensione nel disagio causato involontariamente, avete lasciato recensioni ovunque. Fortunatamente la nostra organizzazione ed efficiente comunicazione tramite radio tra i vari dipendenti ci ha portati ad andare sempre in meglio e a trovare soluzioni .. ma ahimè l'inconveniente puo sempre accadere e vi chiediamo ulteriormente scusa online oltre ad averlo fatto personalmente.

We were greeted by a very friendly valet who gave us all the details as it was our first time accessing the place. The lido is super equipped, there is a kiosk where you can buy food, the beach is free but it is possible to rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Well done to all the staff; the sensation is that of feeling at home.

Really positive experience extraordinary friendly and courteous staff, especially Mrs. Easter who seamlessly until the closure of the structure continued to scrupulously take care of every aspect. We were looking for a comfortable beach...on the beach...and with honest prices that bucked the current trend.
The guys, from the bartenders to the lifeguards, are super good, organized and kind... even the valet!!!

Buongirono ci dispiace per la vostra esperienza. Precisiamo che i posti auto che avete visto liberi, erano riservati alle persone che avevano la prenotazione dei lettini nella nostra area privata nel prato, per questo riserviamo anche il posto nel parcheggio....Sono giornate molto affollate e molta gente tornava indietro per la spiaggia troppo affollata. I nostri ragazzi fanno del loro meglio per trovare soluzioni ma quando non ci sono posti nemmeno per piazzare un ombrellone, chiudiamo il parcheggio per evitare inutili via vai. Speriamo di vedervi in giornate diverse.
