The house is perfectly maintained, and the tablet self guided tour is done so well that you do get the illusion to be a guest visiting Pasteur's reign, getting the opportunity to hear aneddots of his life and learning about his scientific path. Children (and...More

We loved how the life and work of Louis Pasteur was presented. Even our teenage boys, who were already very museum weary by that stage, loved it. For English speakers there is a guided tour in English that uses an iPad, which was very very...More

A good 40 minute tour, supported by iPads with an English commentary. A great way to get a quick understanding of Louis Pasteur and 19th century life. The teenagers survived and even learnt a bit!

They have Ipad's for the non-french speaking visitors. Interesting stories and the house seems like Pasteur just left it.

Be sure to check the hours, it is not open all day in winter. But if you know who Pasteur is, this is a fascinating experience. House is perfectly preserved. Good ipad guide and presentation

This is Pasteurs home so you wander through the different rooms, very well done. The audio guides are well done. Photographs adorn the walls and the museum is very well done.
