Just a simple but a nice stroll, saw a very interning Thai naval vessel and when they discovered my father was a retired American Navel Officer they were super friendly. worth going to but no big deal.

As a place for docking boats it was very handy. What else does one say when reviewing a pier? It had shelter from the sun or rain and things to tie the boats to, so all good.

The pier is well organised and welcoming. Refreshments and local transport are available and people are relaxed are smiling, more than Bangkok. Its an island that is touristy but not as much as Koh Samui

I guess it's good that it's on tripadvisor because you can see everyone moaning that you have to pay 20 baht to get off it, but it's certainly not a place worth visiting.
