I've always wanted to dive and on a recent trip to Los Organos a friend recommended Spondylus and it was a life changing experience. We booked a Discover Scuba Diving experience and met Maurice and Carlos on the pier, we did two immersions around the pier and we were hooked. Next day we booked our Open Water course and didn't talk about anything else during the trip. Pool training was great to understand the equipment and learn the correct procedures. Our last dive was on the MX1 platform and was one of the most amazing things i've ever seen. Thanks to Maurice's training and love for diving we are now talking about taking the Advanced Open Water, we will practice our skills and continue training and will always remember that first time we went for a dive.

I had the best time diving in Peru (as a local) with these guys and would recommend them to anyone. They were prompt to pick me up, all gear was prepared and in a good state of repair, and the dive site was a short drive away.

We were diving with two fun divers, so as an experienced diver I had a separate instructor with me. All Spondylus staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, but also respectful of my experience and not patronising as so many dive schools are of women! The fun divers enjoyed their experience, and I had an absolute blast going down to 30 meters at an old oil rig and seeing huge shoals of fish, spiders, squid, octopus and more. The visibility was amazing!

Overall, I had the greatest time and I can't wait to join the crew again for more dives!

For my girlfriend it was the first time that she dived. They organized classes in a swimmingpool so that she could practice and get used to the breathing underwater. The next day we went to the dive site at the oil rig. For me as a regular diver it was an unique experience. the current was pretty strong so it was another way of diving. The divemasters were very competent and Maurice speaks english very well, so I also recommend it for anyone who doesnt speak spanish.

My boyfriend and I went diving with this company. we have mixed reviews of the dives but overall I would still recommend the company for its staff and equipment. the site and conditions were a little less desirable. we saw sea lions, schools for fishes, crabs, octopus, coral thats establish on the oil rig since the 80s and pelicans.

We booked thru what's app.. quick reply and easy process. Filed out detailed paperwork later, paid and came back the next morning at 7:20am for coffee and snacks, drove to Los Organos fishing pier where we hopped in a boat with more staff and other divers. The equipment was already on the boat and in excellent to new condition. The staff was kind and there's alot of them so we were always taken care of. We went to the oil rig site. The dive master was attentive and checked often with air consuption and made sure we were okay. My regulator needed some adjustments and my air intake was hesitant and I tried to deal with it - silly me. Near the end we switched to my back up and I was able to relax and enjoy the dive. The second dive we did at the exact same spot. I prefer to change sites as I dive 6-10x a year and it's nice to get to see more but we did have a curious and cute sea lion come say hi. Out of my 52 dives though this was one of the more challenging ones for me. The currant was extremely strong in some spots. I was literally clenching to the lines or kicking my fins hard trying to stay near my 3 guys. There were times when we cut through the structure and it's like you get two currants in a cyclone that you have to swim through - it's strong and different. The visibility is also quite limited at most depths and there's not much room to move around the structure so I constantly felt like we're on top of each other. Still.. I'd go with these guys again if the conditions were right.

Full recommendations for a unique and very cool dive with good services. Spondylus are quick with communication, organized, safe and very friendly. It was a great experience and nice opportunity to learn about the marine wildlife and surrounding area with marine biologist and master diver Juan. Two submersions up to 28m with a kinda scary but fun diving location. Looking forward to come back and do this dive with better visibility. Gracias para todo el equipo de Spondylus ❤️❤️🤙

I am a PADI Rescue Diver - went with Spondylus for 2 days of fun dives accompanying my wife who did her AOW there. Great team, great vibes, very knowledgable and responsible staff. Dive sight on an oil rig was really great!

The overall experience was great, we were given some coffee and some bread before the tour started. We took off in the owner’s van and arrived at Los Órganos pear soon. From there we took a boat to the platform (we did not dive here because of the strong ocean current). We dived somewhere else (I don’t remember the name). The diving experience was good but at times we felt the instructor was too far away from us. He was extremely kind though and we had a great time.

I recommend the experience !! Maybe if it’s possible ask for a one-on-one experience with the instructor as I’m sure it will be better

My first experience diving ever. Was with Spondylus. It was a fun, magical and professional experience.
I went forward to open water certification. Which is an fairly easy and fun experience. The certification is recognized world wide. Allows me to dive anywhere in the world with proper supervision.
I am looking forward to continue my training to advanced diver with Spondylus. ThankYou!!
