My youngest son who is 4 had a taster snowboard lesson. His aunt booked via an voucher i think it was £6 for 1 hr lesson with hire. Was worried he might be too young as he is small for his age. But he was able to develop at his own stage. His teacher was very friendly and encouraging. My son really enjoyed it even tho he was baking in the summer heat. Would visit again if we are in the area.

Great day out with the grandkids, aged 4 to 12. They all enjoyed themselves. Facility is excellent, with a lift to the slope. Must go again sometime.

Have been a few times the children enjoy it and thankfully this time the slope lift was working - its normally out of order which is poor given that no reduction in price is offered.
Again i was told that the ski slope is not included in the Aberdeenshire active pass which is poor given that it is run by aberdeenshire council...Why not?
Although I had booked it the day before when we arrived the chap behind the desk had not wrote our booking in the book and it was him that id spoke to on the phone so it was now basically over booked He let us on though just aswell as wed travelled 2hrs to get there.
There was a young chap at the top of the slope pushing the tubes down, the kids thought he was great, however the other bearded chap from behind the desk did nothing other than stand with his arms folded at the bottom of the slope...cushy number for him whilst his poor young co worker built up a sweat.
He was quick to get all the children off at the end though..3,45 time up!!
Poor facilities no cafe etc

We had a great time at a friends sons birthday party. Excellent facilities and good fun! Will definitely return soon! Staff all very helpful and maintained safety at all times.,

This place is fab a really friendly atmosphere I took my Daughter to get skiing lessons and she is hooked the staff and instructors are so helpful and friendly keep up the good work folks

Took my wee boy along during the school hols to an arranged ASN session. He had the place to himself! Very quiet session that was great for him. Staff are helpful and supportive, helping him get the most out of his session time there. He’s also been along with his holiday club.

We had good fun here but it is a little run down. No lift to take u to the top slope but a conveyer belt for nursery slope.
They were just closing when my elderly mother asked to use toilet and was refused. Very kindly the bowling club next door obliged which was very nice of them, since our minibus broke down and was gonna b stuck there for god knows how long. This was explained at ski centre but boy refused to let my mum in for 2 mins.
All in all its a fine one off trip but wont be hurrying back

Have been a few times when back in scotland on holidays - Our kids 8 and 4 had thier first taste of skiing here last winter and it has really set them up - they love it! Really great set of instructors. Just been back for public session and we had the place to our selves - new pomas sprinklers on ... it was awesome to get some pre snow practise in!

This facility has been on the go for a considerable time. The facilities are good order if in need of a little sprucing up. The instructors are confident and capable. It would be nice to see the facility better used, but given it’s rural location this is easier said then done. However as a venue for an introduction into skiing, there is little to fault.
