These are wonderful tranquil gardens, well worth a visit. Despite the hard winter, the Gardens are lovely with a great array of plants and shrubs. The head gardener and his team are doing a fantastic job and have to be commended for their work. While...More

The gardens are just before the castle entrance and the signage is quite confusing. Once you pull off the main road park on the LHS of the driveway and walk over the bridge. The entrance to the garden is on the right with a bird...More

Seen from the back room the garden looks lovely, but when you walk through it, the garden is even more beautiful. Small stream, Quirky objects, and you end up near the ruins.

Kildrummy Castle Gardens is located at the foot of the ruins of Kildrummy Castle. The entrance is actually off a little road that leads to a hotel by the same name. The man who restored the gardens actually built the house that is now the...More

We found this by accident but what a lovely spot - even on a rather damp day! The gardens range from woodland to shrubbery, greenhouse and waterside walks. It's run by volunteers and also has an excellent little tea room. A peaceful spot and well-worth...More

The gardens adjacent to the Kildrummy Castle are absolutely gorgeous, and make sure you leave an hour to explore the gardens and to visit the quaint tiny museum in the middle of the gardens. We can't wait to come back. Sue and Daryl, West Palm...More

These are easily one of the nicest gardens I've visited. They are truly stunning and so peaceful. There is an overarching tranquility to the gardens and on the sunny day I was there it was a joy just to quietly sit amongst the beauty and...More

Atmospheric garden in a valley, stone bridge, quarry garden, red squirrels, rhododendrons, some very tall trees and all overlooked by Kildrummy Castle ruins. No visitors when we were there, strange as it deserves to be much better known.
