This abortion of a thing needs getting rid of. It spoils the view. It is covered in graffiti and full of litter. It also stinks because it is used as a makeshift toilet . I advise anyone who visits the area to avoid it.

This concrete shelter with viewing holes boasts graffiti, an aroma of urine and usually some empty beer cans. The moorland views are terrific - if you stand outside it. If you like public art. better go to Burnley to see and hear the Singing Ringing...More

Whats not to like about this you get a fantastic view over wycollar, pendle hill and beyond it needs a bit of a tidy due to age but otherwise lovely.
