Whats not to like about this you get a fantastic view over wycollar, pendle hill and beyond it needs a bit of a tidy due to age but otherwise lovely.

Stunning views from this hill top vantage point. Have driven passed hundreds of times..I will make time to stop more often and enjoy these views.

Just that.. the view from here is amazing but the panoptican itself is broken and grafitti'd.. there are usually teens climbing around on it when the whether is nice too so it's no good going just for this reason. It's worth a wander up for...More

It took a 60 mile round trip to see it, it was just a concrete room and the ball in the middle was missing, stayed 60 seconds. never again. It was probably a beautiful piece of artwork when first erected but has been left looking...More

I dont understand the meaning of this sculpture and still need to find out about the sculpture history. View is wonderful. Wide angle view. Perfect panoramic! However, for me, nothing else to do there.

fYou need to visit to appreciate and experience this, impossible to capture in words. sitting in the various positions viewing the countryside through the 'windows' offers a different perspective on what you see before you.
