This is not just a view over the countryside but the perfect angle to capture the dramatic effect of the citadel perched high on the rock face. It’s well worth the time to walk there and it’s not a difficult walk from the city centre....More

The Belvedere is easy to reach from the old town of Corte. When the weather is clear you have a great view. The stairs are not too difficult. Besides some souvenir shops there is nothing on the top.

Brilliant views of Corte and the entire valley around. Avoid if you have vertigo's or if your condition is poor.

After a short walk we arrived. Good view on the mountains and the citadel. Parking is free, citadel museum is 6,00 euro.

This is the best spot to overlook all of Corte, the valley, river and the great mountains. Do this first then the Citadel.

Corte is a lovely small Corsican town with many attractions to offer. Among the best ones, there is the Belvedere. Should you ever go to Corte, do go there, no matter the weather :) !

You've got to get up there. You'll enjoy a 360 degree view of Corte! The view of the citadelle is probably the best in Corte.

Go there to enjoy the beautiful views of Corte and the whole valley! Worth the few steps up the old part of the city.
