Always an enjoyable night with friendly bar staff and patrons. The food is excellent too. Also great to see a venue supporting the local live music scene.

Nice lay out, friendly, proper old school pub, let down by distinctly average ale offering. Nelson's brewery is terrible.

Great to find a proper British boozer not done over like all the generic 'gastro' pubs. Hops above the bar and a proper local feel. Don't change!
