If you like books or book stores, then this must be on your list. We stumbled across this on a visit to Rochester, and saw the sign that it is the biggest second-hand book store in England. It is endless and never-ending. Amazing. It seemed...More

I wouldn't ordinarily write a review about a shop but this place is a treasure trove if you love books! It's deceptive from the outside, as once inside it goes back a long way and there's an upstairs. I didn't have time to spend long...More

Went for the first time recently and loved it! I could spend hours browsing the various sections that interest me. Bear in mind that this is a 2nd hand book store, so the stock does change fairly regularly. Well organised, reasonably priced and huuuuuuge. I...More

Going back again.....this time for a full day with carrier bags and credit card! This place is THE place to go for booklovers, wonderful shelves, well stacked and sorted. Shame you are a round-trip of almost 100 miles from home, but worth the journey !

Loved this bookshop which is on different floors and goes back for what feels like miles, Tardis like. Spent far too long browsing around and came out with two books which Ive been looking for for quite a while. Nice to see a busy bookshop

What a treasure the shop has a very small frontage but it just goes on and on. Thousands of books of all sorts. You could browse for hours.

Tardis-like Baggins Book Bazaar extends well beyond its modest shop-front into rooms, then further rooms, both on the ground floor and above. It's all the more impressive that it's divided into best themes with every book neatly stacked on shelves, where so many other second-hand...More
