Enormous for a Parish Church, but with a nearby large car park for visitors. Such a welcoming atmosphere in the Church. Lots of discreet but useful information boards throughout the Church. The two great events of the year are the summer Flower Festival, that sadly...More

On Tuesday mornings the church hall is open for coffee, biscuits and sometimes cakes and fresh produce. There is no charge but donations are most welcomed and are used towards needs for the church. It is open from 10.00 to 11.30am. It is a good meeting...More

This church would be considered a magnificent parish church anywhere in England and boasts a light and airy nave and beautifully maintained interior. I heard the organ played here in the 1980s whilst on holiday and it still looks to be a magnificent instrument. There...More

Beautiful church on a grand scale, the Lady Chapel is very simple compared to the rest of the church but so tranquil and spiritual I could sit in there for hours in quiet contemplation.

What a beautiful piece of ecclesiastical architecture and more than this. It is readily evident that there is an active faith community responding to all to whom they come in contact. It's a very well-cared for building and speaks to those who value it's witness...More

this beautiful Church is thought to have been one of the first Cathedrals to be build in England. It has so many lovely features to view, it is usually open to the public and it always has a comfortable and welcoming feel to it

We went to see the flower festival here and apart from the beautiful displays of flowers and a truly beautiful church we found the walls bedecked with local artworks and a decent lunch. A nice day out
