me and gf enjoyed this walk on Monday morning when we only met one other person all the way.some parts are a little tricky with big drops but i am a scardy cat with high drops and never got dizzy lol .

Quiet walks, beautiful lake, really beautiful, can go boat riding too. Pretty sure you can walk through this wood, right through to Matlock village, just a 5 mile walk.

Lovely area to explore walking up and around the river area. Parks and formal gardens stretch along the river giving plenty to explore for children and adults alike. The illuminations are held at the furthest most end during the Sept/Oct period.

we only used this walk to get to the heights of Abraham, but it is quite relaxing and runs along side the old railway station.

Beautiful little spot, looks amazing and amazing little waterfall. Next to Matlock bath shops. Plenty places to eat and drink.

We walked a little loop along one side of the river, across a bridge, and back down the other side to our start point. Not very far. There must be a tourist guide showing the walk somewhere on line. Sorry I couldn't be of... More
