Although the history of the Jews in Rhodes is a very sad one, this synagogue and attached museum are well worth the visit if you want to learn more about what was once a thriving community in the city.

Thank you for visiting us and taking part in our services . It is important for us such days to fill our Synagogue with people. This gives us strength to continue trying to keep the doors open!

We found this difficult to locate but it is well worth persevering. The synagogue is very beautiful but the museum is very worth a visit. It is very informative but also very sad to learn the fate of the Jewish people in Rhodes.
