Loved this beach and found great place to eat. It was too breezy for a swim but the beach had many places to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Black beach was very intersting. The sand was so warm and the sand was rocky and smooth thats what made the beach so interesting. They had food and lots of cocktail like places.

We have never liked the look of black sand beaches but absolutely loved it here, chilled out beach with crystal clear water and plenty of choice of bars and tavernas for lunch, parking was easy we just parked on the road next to the beach

We rented a car and drove here just to take a look. The beach had nice black sand. Nice areas with chairs and umbrellas to sit and suntan. Lots of shops to look through. Seemed pretty touristy and at high season could be crowded. Worth...More

Regular beach, with black sand from the volcano. Easily accessible from fira by bus. Has a big church in town

Yes the buses run regularly from one side of the island to the other. It’s what we used.
