David is an excellent guide for climbing. He knew the routes very well, assessed our abilities perfectly and gave us the opportunity to try out routes of varying difficulty.

We had an amazing 2 days with Dave. The first day we went rock climbing, where as absolute beginners he made us feel very safe. After having stayed over in his guesthouse, the 2nd day we did an amazing 40k bike ride through the area. Being experienced cyclists, but beginners on the mountainbike, Dave picked a great route for us, with some nice downhill bits, but not too technical.
We had an absolute blast! Thanks again for a great stay!

We had a great experience with Route 62 Mountain Adventures. The mountain bikes were in good condition and the owner David is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely experience rock climbing today with Dave. As a beginner he taught me how to properly climb and was very encouraging!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would recommend!

Spent the morning doing a multi pitch climb with Dave. Great communication from the start, really great hospitality and easy going. Just an all round great experience.

Dave took us on a half day rock climbing tour which was the best experience we had in South Africa so far. The view from the top and the challenge to get up there were just the perfect dose of adrenaline for us. It was our first time to do rock climbing but with Dave we felt super safe as he is very professional, encouraging, well-organised and provides newish equipment of good quality.
The cherry on the cake was his kind and down-to-earth personality and his great sense of humour. All in all 100% recommendable!

I had a great experience with Dave. It was a last minute call but he was able to make time. We climed at Legoland and as a beginner he was patient and gave clear instructions on how and what to do. We both climed 3 routes for several hours. Highly recommended, it was great fun! Thanks again!

Half a day rock climbing with David, planned just the evening before, he brought tea and everything that was needed, and just the right amount of encouragement to make you challenge yourself! And the view is absolutely amazing! Thanks again Dave it was great!

We had a half day sports climbing session with Dave. He brought us to Montagu Legoland, and let us try 4 different routes of ranging difficulties.
It truly is apparent how much Dave cares for safety but without being too heavy or compromising the enjoyment. All the explanations given were very clear, and Dave's patience and advice while you're on the wall really boost your confidence. He pushed me just enough over my limits to expand them without making me feel overwhelmed.
