Visited the park to let family and their kids let off some steam. Plenty of people in the park but did not feel crowded. Fun to be had by all. Visit the coffee shop too you won't be disapointed.

The local council have spent a lot of money developing this park. A visitor centre and sports centre is situated next to the small lake and there are tennis courts, bowling green and a basket ball court as well as refreshment areas.

For those relaxing days when you want half an hour escape, sit by the duck pond with an ice cream and watch the world go by. For a local park it is a great place to escape to.

Well I didn't mention bacon in my review but you can get a freshly cooked full English breakfast in the delightful coffee lounge situated within the park grounds. Hope this helps!
