This old walled monastery is worth A visit. Scenic views all around at the top. You can walk on top of part of the old wall. Pretty church To look at. Not easy to get to. Many narrow winding streets to navigate to get to...More

Light ascent by a cobbled staircase that allows you to enjoy the views. You can find a little chapel and the ruins of an old castle. But the best are the views. I could spend hours there enjoying the scenery.

We spent around an hour in the church - it has 14 chapels as well as the main part, and there were also items on display upstairs. Everything has guidance notes in English, which made looking at the artwork in the chapels really interesting (even...More

The title says it all. This church was easily accessible and was nice to see on the inside. The views were amazing. I would say that it is a nice stop when you visit the countryside in this area. Also Arta is nice to visit,...More

We headed here after we went to visit a village near by that we were told was nice, but after a disappointing morning we stumbled on the Arta! The market was on and was bustling, we walked to the castle at the top of the...More

Cute town with lots of small restaurants , gorgeous view from the top of the church grounds. And of course a huge plus, that they are feeding stray cats around the church (but not to worry they are friendly but not really that interested in...More

... and this is one of those, where you have to pay €2 for a visit. Beautiful or not, that's out of question.
