You have to be as near towards the incoming of Ganges to see the aarti properly. Be seated at least 30 minutes in advance

Peaceful and spiritual
Mar 2021
Peaceful and spiritual on the banks of the river. The chants and atmosphere was most pious. The crowds should be managed better though considering these Covid Times.

Mesmerizing spiritual moments
Mar 2021
Ganga Aarti at Har ki Pauri is best Aarti in Haridwar. Be there at least one hour to have sitting space near the main Aarti place. There are several temples at Har ki Pauri. All of them too perform Aarti. It is divine experience not to be missed while in Haridwar. Do not forget to take Prashad and Aarti after the ritual. Keep your camera ready for some mesmerizing pictures of Maa Ganga, Aarti pots, of temples there and saints at the ghats.

Vibrant aarti
Feb 2021 • Family
Must see it whilst in Haridwar. Quite divine darshan, if one gets a good place to sit or stand. Best position is near the clock tower.
Can get very crowded so best to go about half an hour early before arti time at sunset. The cops did try their best to keep social distancing out there.

We went to Parmarth Niketan for the Ganga Aarti. The whole experience was out of this world. They had good seating arrangements for all devotees. The children at the Niketan sang bhajans and we drifted away into a state of eternal bliss.

A mesmerizing experience
Mar 2020
A wonderful mesmerizing scene to See the Devotional Ganga Aarti. Huge rush comes to see this happen, so try to grab your sitting place well in advance. Many people, specially from use this opportunity to collect donations from the viewers. It may sound awkward to some. Make donations as per your will, don't be trapped. However, this Aarti is a very good Photo Opportunity.

More of Agents and Beggars than that of Peace at Ganga
Dec 2020
Good Experience but could have been better if there are less agents dressed as sadhus including beggars. they wont Allow u to sit at peace on the banks of Ganga.
Alot of robbers also around. Be Aware of ur belongings.
