Balmoral Beach would have to be one of my favourite beaches north of the Bridge in Sydney. The waters are very calm and clean, the sand is clean, there are shower points on the boardwalk and multiple ease of access steps from the walk way...More

A nice calm swimming beach with very little if any surf. Easy swimming and there are a number of cafes and bars close by for a post swim drink or nibble. Clean and tidy beach.

Nicest Beach in Sydney, although you will have to come early to grab a car park in the surrounding streets to avoid the $9.00 per hour parking charge on the Esplanade.

Celebrate with family at Balmoral Beach. Nothing open except Beach House. Not many people at the beach, nice and warm today. Parking is totally full, preferably park further up hill, free parking.

Part of the morning routine is a walk along Balmoral Beach. Every morning is different, whether it be a spectular sunrise, dolphins, a light sea drifting in or others just going about their thing. Plenty of cafes only add to the appeal.

sophisticated harbour suburb of Mosman has something
for everyone. Shoppers can stroll Military Road for
its unique offering of antiques, designer labels, and
hip restaurants and cafes. Nature lovers can take in
spectacular bushwalks like the Taronga to Balmoral
walk, while families can enjoy snorkeling in the

If you park right close to the beach, yes. If you don’t mind parking 200 mts away, you don’t pay.
