While in the area on business, my coworkers and I visited the Al Kout mall. The mall is spacious and modern with numerous shops and eateries on each floor. Additionally, the mall has a beautiful water display with lights.

It's my first time to visit the place, it's fresh and inviting. The layout of the shops, food court, and restaurants to name a few are spacious and modern - very relaxing on the eyes.

The Kout Mall has a very nice outside sitting area with nice cafes and restaurants.
You can smoke Shisha and get your coffee or fresh juices enjoying the sea view and small dancing fountain.
It is not so big Mall but a nice one.
I recommend you to park out of the mall and just pass the street to get in and do not stuck in the crowdedness of its parking.

Very good shopping Mall
In Al- Kout Beach
Nice ground and first floors mall
With old Kuwaiti touches and contains
Fish and meat and vegetables markets
Along with movies theater for Cinescape
And food court with out door area centered
With long streams with small nice fountains
Many cafes of famous brands
To conclude I advise my friends to visit

The mall is big and has many shops for all family members. It also have restaurants and cafes. It is good to visit if you are in the same area.

Great place to visit in Fahaheel the ambient is very cozy and the people very amicable. Many choice to go shopping and browse around.

It was nice to do shopping, big parking , nice food court , Cinescape cinemas, nice faranda also , good Distribution of the sun lights .

The mall is pretty dead and the traffic is mainly generated by visitors to the restaurants and cafes around the artificial lake . The place is more attractive during colder seasons as outdoor sitting is ideal especially with the music fountain in the middle of the lake. Its worth noting that Sultan centre the local supermarket chain has a branch in the mall. Parking area is not in proportion with the size of the mall and people have difficulties finding a spot.

Just went around to just show what's around this mall to one of my guest.
Ample car parking space.
Good security around the entrance of mall.
You can hire a small push cart for children's at the entrance to mall.
Nice music played around the water fountains.
Paid merry go round for kids less than age of 5 using toy train.
Nice shopping comple with atleast 40 different eateries.
You can also but wholesale vegetables, meat & fish in this place
Nice view of the sea and boats from the top.
If you wish there is also a movie screens.

This mall isn't going to be first on your list for shopping, but where it lacks in department store choices it makes up for in atmosphere. This mall is appropriate for the area. It is perhaps the most modern shopping center in Fahaheel. It has a Starbucks and a food market that serves fresh chickens ( I mean still clucking in cages) fresh seafood off the boat and top notch local butchers. But what I like most is the water show after dark. They spared no expense on the lake. If you are in Fahaheel you have to stop at this mall.
