The roof with multiple support beams makes the lawn section completely worthless. Massive beams every 20 feet. After trying to spot a musician becomes impossible, you just watch the video screens. They over sell the lawn, so don’t bother bringing a beach chair or a blanket, as it ends up standing room only. The audio is balanced and adequate for music, however any spoken word from performers is lost, but may be due the people standing 1 foot from you having inane conversations with each other. Why would you spend so much money, take hours to drive and park, pay $20 for a beer and not listen to the artist?

Just attended a concert at this venue. Eventhough the venue is under a roof with both sides open, it was way too hot with zero airflow. There are two big ceiling fans, but they need at least 4 more to get the air moving. The beer selection is very limited. If you like Budweiser or Yuengling beer your good to go but be prepared to pay $11 for a 16oz cup. If you pay by card they slap on a minimum 18% tip just for pouring you one drink. As for food, they took away Larosa's pizza I guess because it tasted too good and sold like hotcakes. They replaced it with Donatos pizza which is the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. It tasted like I was eating a piece of cardboard box with dried ketchup on it. Then there are those seats made for the hips of a 13 year old child. I'm not a big man at and felt like I was sitting in the lap of the person on both sides of me and the chairs are probably as old as the venue itself. The only good thing I can say about the park was the people who work their were polite and helpful.

The accessible seating at the main pavillion, unlike the PNC Pavillion just across the concession pathway or most other concert venues are the back row of the section that has no additional elevation from the rest of the section. So as soon as everyone stands when the music begins, all you can see is the backs of those in front of you. Even though it is advertised as unobstructed, it is completely obstructed for 90% of the concert. It is a poor design and yet another way in which things can be technically accessible but are not practical for those with disabilities.

Most other venues have the accessible seats on the raised area behind the section so it can be unobstructed if the row infront stands. Beware if you need accessible seats and cannot stand for the duration, you'd be better off getting cheaper seats on the lawn because you aren't seeing anything under the pavillion.

Riverbend was nice and small. The only negative thing I have to say is it seem like the seats were so small and you were so crammed in the isles!! I swear I could hardly breathe. if you’re heavier person get the isle seat. The free parking was a bonus. There should be more than one merchant stand.

We went to the Outlaw Fest last night and were very disappointed in the lighting and the camera coverage. The camera zoomed in on Willie Nelson's guitar but not on his harmonica player when he was playing a solo. Also no close ups ever on the bands that played prior to him, Bob Dylan, John Mellencamp & Southern Avenue. The stage was very dark so it was hard to see the band members. Poor coverage by the Riverbend crew.

Riverbend is one of my favorite concert venues, the lawn specifically. There are chair regulations, restrictions on what you can bring in, and not much shade in the summer, so prepare accordingly. I had not been in a few years and since they have replaced the grassy lawn with astroturf, which cut down on the muddy mess that used to accompany a lawn seat. Drinks are pricy, but there are convenient cash only drink stands right off the lawn. Terrific concert from start to finish!!!

We have seen Luke many times. He was drunk, high and just country dumb stupid. Cancel your twitter account and just preform, that is what our hard earned dollars expect. You have now put yourself equal with dum dum Toby kieth. Have fun we will never return.
Beautiful evening besides a poutty performer.

Very easy to find parking next to the venue- easy walk to the stage. Security only took about 5 seconds. The seats were a bit close to each other in the pit- but it was still nice. Sound and lights were awesome.

Overall, this is a decent amphitheater, but the wheelchair seating is at the rear of each section. Guess what happens at concerts? People stand up. This is 100% predictable, and yet Riverbend fails to make any attempt to place their wheelchair seating somewhere which takes this fact into account.

In effect, Riverbend sells obstructed view tickets to all wheelchair users.
