First of all, we love hikes and hiked Angel's Landing a few days before this which was great! However, we didn't realise until we got there (prob our fault for lack of reading) that this is not a maintained trail, which means its super dangerous....More

Great view once you've reach the crater. There are strawberies gauva along the way you can pick and eat, just watch out for some hogs. Wear comfy hiking shoes and mosquitos repellent. Be ready to go through lots of mud and climb somewhat steep water...More

The hike is mild with mud and water to the first waterfall. Are everywhere on the way up and challenges your ability to hold your body weight as you climb. The hike can be to the first waterfall and return with no issues. Once you...More

This was a great hike. Somewhat challenging with ropes and some rock climbing. Takes about 6 hours going at a leisurely pace.

I stumbled upon a fellow solo hiker very early on this trail, and we made a 6 hour journey of it stopping for lots of photos and at every waterfall. The early sections have a few side trails that are misleading and lead to makeshift...More

By far my favourite hike so far! Tough climb. Know your limits. If going anti clockwise at the first rope climb turn right to go to the bottom of the first fall. That was my only mistake. Caught an Uber in from Waikiki for around...More

This hike is challenging = awesome! My definition of awesome includes climbing a bunch of rocks, walking across water streams, pulling myself up with help of ropes, washing off dirt by waterfalls. It is a challenging hike but still to a point that it is...More

Let me start with the bad, we parked at the trail head across from the car port of the house there, there is room for probably 5 cars to park there, the rest park down along the street. After our 4 hour hike we came...More

My wife and I were advised to do another hike (we're in our 50's and probably don't look the part of hikers) but we went anyway. Definitely a "know your limits" type of hike. If you like tons of mud and lots of rope climbing...More

This hike was so much fun! It was rated as difficult on alltrails, and I would have to agree. The trail starts immediately where you park, which is great. From there, it follows a water pipe that runs along the trail. It's an unmarked trail...More
