Shopping here is a must in our to do list when visiting Honolulu. I check for Hawaiian souvenirs; bags, gift products, cookies, special event items (Chinese New Year), and food specialties. Many aisles of household and food products. Free parking and open 24 hours.

We visited Don Quijote for lunch and shopping. Lots of stuff to buy at this store. Inexpensive and unique. Good selection of sushi and packaged cooked meals for lunch. Worth a visit.

Yes it is. The store used to be Holiday Mart many years ago before Daiei took over the stores. Daiei then sold their stores in Hawaii to Don Quijote to pay off their debt in Japan.
