I love museums and never miss an opportunity to visit one. This museum was very cool and had several exhibits showcasing a plethora of art. The museum is separated by rooms and sections which makes it easier to follow along with the history of each section. I would definitely return and the gift shop has a lot of unique souvenirs. …

This is a beautiful building with architectural style, which incorporates Hawaiian, Chinese, and Spanish influences. Each courtyard is quite serene. The collection is eclectic never boring. Museums can be overwhelming this one is just perfect for style and content. Had lunch at the coffee shop excellent. The museum store has quality stuff, I bought several items. I think this is likely the largest Hawaiian/ Pacific Islands exhibit any where. So much history truly special. Nice little restaurant too! We go at least twice a year to support all the efforts they make restoring Hawaiian culture.
