The radical, left wing Berkley-esque, out of control City Council of San Antonio has designed despicable plans to "Reimagine the Alamo". They will wall it in, control access and egress and just ruin it.

See it now before it changes. BIG changes are coming in the next few years. Store fronts will be replaced with museums. A wall will surround the Alamo. Just hope you still be able to go at night as it's so pretty.

Rich history - come and take it! Great place to soak in all the sights. Be sure to checkout the basement and ask for pee-wee bike.

The grounds containing the Alamo are well preserved and maintained and depict the history of the battle of the Alamo. There is a lot to see here for anyone interested in the history of the battle of the Alamo.

Everyone knows about the Alamo, Jim Bowie, Davy Crockett and the battle. The Alamo Plaza contains so much more that will educate the visitor about the events and history leading up to the battle and the course of history afterwards. My family was a little...More
