Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Ride at Sunrise

404 reviews
Get the best possible views of the Albuquerque area without the expense of a helicopter tour. By heading out at sunrise in a hot air balloon, you'll be able to watch and snap photos as the sun's first rays fall on the dramatic landscape of the Sandia Mountains. Dip low over the mighty Rio Grande while listening to commentary on the area's geology and environment from your pilot. Then land for breakfast and sparkling wine.

Explora is the place to go for interactive science, hands on, experiments. Explora is great for all ages and has different areas to explore. There is the liquid area, the sound area, the amphibian area, the electronics area. We always learn something new when our family goes to Explora. There is also a great outdoor area to eat a sack lunch/snack and the kids can play on the large Jungle Gym...fun... fun... fun! We are from the area so Explora is one of our regular places to go.

This is a great place to visit with kids toddlers to teens. Lots of "experiments" to participate in, very hands on.

I dropped by to check the place out. Cost adults $7. I was there over an hour just wandering around. I thought some of the exhibits were interesting. Kids were around with a parent of two and looked like they were enjoying themselves. I could see how a couple of hours here with your children would open up those young minds. Good place to go on family outings.

A great learning experience for all young kids especially. It teaches you what makes things work and how they work, also how to create things and explore many different things.

This is a great children's science museum. We got in for free with a museum membership at another one in Texas. There are so many hands on activities and exhibits for kids to play with for all ages. It was definitely something we would come back for. It would be ideal to go here over a course of a few days to get through everything for the kids.
