Cannon Hall Farm is a large, family run farm attraction. Sitting in the rolling Pennine foothills, it's home to hundreds of animals, waiting to welcome you to a world of animal magic. Home to one of the biggest and best equipped playgrounds in the north of England and the largest tube maze in Europe our adventure playground is one of the biggest and best in the north of England. The farm shop is famous for home produced beef, pork, lamb and a huge variety of sausages. Our on site bakery produces award winning pies and delicious artisan bread every morning. The tearoom serves delicious home cooked food. New for 2015, The Hungry Llama indoor play and restaurant adds a great indoor option with some dramatic slides and innovative play features to a day that's already packed with fun. Winner of Best Tourism Experience at The White Rose Awards in 2011, Cannon Hall Farm was highly commended in the same category in the Visit England Awards 2012. The farm won the New Innovation Award for it's new farmyard in the National Farms for Schools Awards 2015 and has been shortlisted for the Best Large Attraction Award at the White Rose Awards in both 2014 and 2015.

A lovely day at the farm. Lovely grounds, fantastic layout, & easy to access everything. Would liked to have seen more interaction with the children & animals, as there didn't seem to be much going on in that department ... maybe we missed some activities...More

Regular visitors to this beautiful park, buildings, and superb grounds. Ideal for children, and dogs to run around freely. After walking around for over an hour, we were so thirsty, so decided to call into The Pavilion for morning coffee and cakes. To our utter...More

Had some lovely days here - double pun on the kids - my grandkids loved to feed the kids (goats). You have to be careful my hat blew off and one of the goats ate it.

Visited for second time yesterday. A great family day out for my 3 year and 8 month baby. Had a voucher for reduced priced entry which was great as you pay for over 2s which can make it more expensive. Both kids loved the animals,...More

Ordered steak panini with fried onion. First time it came out with onions that looked as though they had been boiled, no colour or flavour and way too many. No waitress so took the food back over to the counter. Asked for a new panini...More

Yes they are but there's food you can buy. Sometimes they have additional things to do which can be extra but they tell you about that on entry and i'm not sure how often that happens.

I'm really sorry I don't know if dogs are allowed but as it's an outdoor event I would assume they are. You may be able to ask via the Cannon Hall website. Hope this helps.
