This is the first year for the Market on the Mersey. We have been going every Saturday since it opened. They are just starting out and have about 12-15 vendors. Hopefully, they will grow. It seems like more and more folks are discovering it and coming out. They run from 8 am til noon each Saturday at Liverpool's Privateer Park. Rain Days are held at the Curling Club on Gorham Street just up from the Astor Theatre. My personal favourites are the breads and pastries from Juliens-their “Pave” artisan bread is amazing. Also be sure to buy some Canelés and have them with fresh coffee from Liz’s mini trailer. We also buy wonderful Lamb, smoked Ham and flavourful smoked bacon from the meat vendor. -Wooly Mountain Farm. The veggie lady always has fresh, fresh vegetables and salad fixings including pea shoots and zingy arugula which add an extra touch to summer salads. Highly recommend!

It's is a bit random what you can get here but during the summer you do get some great local bargains on produce that was grown locally. Friendly people lots of parking and a great park as well.

Love outdoor markets and this one did not disappoint. Found local produce, French pastries, local coffee and some carved wood products-charcuterie fork and a steam pot

festive and fun market experience. Top quality vendors. Beautiful setting on the Mersey. Picnic tables painted by local artists provide a colourful place to have a picnic.

rain or shine these local vendors always have a welcoming smile. Grab a wonderful cup of local roasted coffee and wander the path to check who is there. Local meats, French pastries, and fruit and veg all here. Entertainment and gossip. This is a great little market
