Not a large museum but worth a visit. Incredible miniature artwork, like the camels in the eye of the needle or the tiny ships on a fly’s wing.

This is a small museum and so worth a visit. It has such unusual and bizaar treasures and is very fascinating If you are in this beautiful town just spend an extra 40 minutes and visit. Such craftsman ship is a thing long gone

We went here mainly because our hotel had given us two for the price of one vouchers, but in fact the entrance fee is very reasonable anyway. The museum is small, and is separated into three rooms - Miniatures, mini-miniatures and micro miniatures. The miniatures...More

Lovely little museum of miniatures, a great visit and not expensive about 5 euro and you can while away a pleasant half hour or more.

A very small museum of small things. Asthonishing miniatures, next to less impressive, but nicely made puppet houses. Nor a lot, but more than enough to pay a visit with childern.

Initially, this exhibition seems a bit tame with few miniature "dolls houses". However, as you get to the bit where you have to use a microscope to see the items it gets more interesting. Not a very big museum, but worth visiting if you are...More

It costs 4.90 euros and some of the exhibits are brilliant, especially the russian guy with his miniature pieces - wow! Once you have been round don't rush out of the door, take your time to re-study their intricacy!

Don't go in with big expectations (no pun intended). It is a small place with a few interesting things to see. Less than 20 minutes. I found the church next door much more interesting. That was a 1€ entry fee.

We had some time to kill in Besalu and saw this museum (it's got modern as well as older miniatures, so it is really more of an exhibition) on the central old square by the church. It is a fascinating mix of the traditional doll's...More
