It's been a long time since we've been to an aquarium, we thoroughly enjoyed this one. The species were very carefully indicated. Parking was free but I'm not sure if it will be all year round. Large cafe on the ground floor

We visited this during a short break . We had made up our minds to visit this attraction and went by bus on a horrendous day weather wise. We had torrential rain and heavy winds to negotiate. We thought some of the tanks contained the...More

Visited as weather poor. Lots of steps down after having photos taken. Lovely presentation of walkways and tanks. All tanks beautifully clean. Good warning on arrival of safety and not touching or banging on glass. Wasn’t just to families with children everyone given the same...More

The weather was a tad windy so we visited the Aquarium because it was indoors. We had a really good time which surprised us as we are not that interested in fish

This relatively new attraction has had a lot of thought put into the way you journey through it. A lift makes it very accessible and once on the lower floor, there is plenty of room with some seating, enabling those who need to rest, able...More

More to see than we thought given some of the reviews. Helpful interactive displays near each tank gave more information about what you were looking at. Great way to spend an hour or two on a cooler morning.

It’s important to bare in mind the fact that Malta is a very small country and as such the aquarium far exceeds what you’d expect. Wasn’t expensive for entry and it’s a beautiful building with some beautiful fish. One thing I’d have loved more off...More

The aquarium is smaller than I expected but it was really enjoyable! Good variety of fish and lovely staff! Spent about an hour here! Would recommend

Nice little aquarium, about 45minutes to an hour to go round if to take your time. Excellent food at restaurant afterwards. Price isn't the cheapest but not terrible either.

The National Aquarium in Bugibba is small compared to others in large cities, but waht it lacks in size, it makes up for in quality and variety. Well laid out, lots to see. You can easily spend a couple of hours in there.

It's open all year round from 10:00am sharp till 8:00pm. If you're planning to take a trip on one of the Open-Top bus's, do that first as they have tokens on their tickets that give you €3.00 off the entrance fee at the... More
